New Recruit at Thurgarton Iron Works

... and we are thrilled to welcome our latest recruit to the fold at Thurgarton Iron Works!

Mr. Honey Monster© has clambered on board as the sales and marketing-oriented director with wide and successful experience in the management of iron, iron works, shepherds huts and lots of things to do with iron and its workings, as well as other materials not of an ironing nature, throughout businesses in home and international markets and in the development and implementation of strategic plans. (Sounds like the man for us!).

A hands-on Monster problem solver with a high rate of achievement and an appetite for new challenges.  Not surprisingly, the Honey Motto is "Drive to Quality" ...

His first remit will be to concentrate his Monster marketing efforts on the upcoming Readers Sheds competition and the launch of Thurgarton Iron Works into the super-stratosphere of  the higher echelons of this world renowned event.  You will all remember Miss Bottifont galloping into first place in the "Hut" section last year and the media frenzy surrounding that.  This year it could be world domination and with Monster determination and the dedication of Team Thurgarton and all you lovely Shepherds Hut supporters, I think we could well go beyond the pail (and miles behind the anvil) with this one.  Look!  Barely a paw in the door and he's already working that keyboard ...
